Do your own job!!!!

I was recently given the nick name of 'Angry Dad' after the Simpsons episode where Bart makes cartoons about Homer. Last week we're about to get this new CMS system up (which we all now suspect is a bag of wank, I seriously mean all of us think this is now a BOW including the guy who seriously knows his stuff. When this guy says it's pants, it's pants. I could whinge about this seriously expensive BOW CMS till death but I won't) and people were tasked with checking out the chunks of the website they did to see if it looked good before making visible to the world. Most people commented on things that they didn't have permissions to do (quite a few were a little on the minor side but fair enough) however 2 people moaned about stuff THAT THEY COULD SORT OUT STRAIGHT AWAY! Instead of tell us such and such a bit of content was wrong it would be much easier to sort it themselves than tell us what's wrong and what it should be.

Another thing was we told them to send us emails directly but what do they do? They go through the official helpdesk system used for general customers and emergencies. When these aren't "resolved" a warning comes up and whoever was dealing with it gets bollocked.

DO YOUR OWN JOB!, we don't wanna do it cause it's.... err.... not ... our job... yeah
