Dax sent me a picture of SJP via email and I found the origin of the work at SarahJessicaParkerLooksLikeAHorse.com surprisingly enough...

I emailed their admin, relaying my amusement and horse hatred and of all things, I got an AUTOMATED EMAIL back! Cheeky twats...
